My stay at the Apricot Hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right by Hoan Kiem Lake and close to many attractions. The facilities were lovely, especially the breakfast which had plenty of variety. On the other hand, I encountered some significant issues, like noise from renovation work affecting my stay, and despite the beautiful decor, the overall customer service left much to be desired.
